helpful staff hot options convenient location
i found the staff helpful with directions. the breakfast had several hot options. the hotel is close to baker street station and many restaurants i appreciated the location.
i noticed that the elevator required navigating some stairs with luggage it caused a small inconvenience during arrival and departure i managed but others might struggle

the breakfast was a lovely full english, setting a gentle tone for the day. the staff were kind, it was like being greeted by friends each morning. a taxi from the front desk arrived so quickly, whisking me away with ease.
the elevator required navigating a few stairs, a slight inconvenience with luggage.

great location helpful staff delicious breakfast nearby restaurants
i liked the location because it was close to baker street station. breakfast was good to start my day. the staff were very helpful with directions. many restaurants nearby provided lots of choices for dinner.
i found that the inside of the building feels quite old. the wooden floors made sounds when i walked.
